Background & Experience

Tom brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to NAI Greywolf. With a focus on industrial and office properties, he has had vast experience and success in the leasing and sale of commercial buildings. Tom has put a primary emphasis on the downtown Milwaukee office market, with a track record of sales that were converted to condos in the Third Ward, Fifth Ward as well as the Centra Business District. In addition to that work, he has represented tenants and buyers in confidential property acquisitions. In the last ten years, Tom closed approximately 1.75 million square feet in transactions of properties sold or leased.

Prior to joining NAI Greywolf, Tom has worked at other Milwaukee-based real estate firms, both a local firm with global ties, as well as a locally owned and operated commercial real estate firm. The power of the NAI Global network is one of the reasons he's joined the growing NAI Greywolf team, as the depth of tools and resources available to advisors is expansive. A sample of some of the clients that Tom has represented throughout his career include Charter Wire, Allen Edmonds, United Artists, Towne Realty, The Marcus Corporation, Milwaukee Magazine, Stone Creek Coffee, Summerfest, the Milwaukee YMCA, Wangard Partners, Shopko and various downtown property owners.

When Tom is not in the office, he's enjoying the outdoors, whether it is sailing, biking or downhill skiing. He is also an avid theater attendee.
