Background & Experience

Sienna is a Commercial Property Manager at Greywolf Partners, focusing her efforts on ensuring the properties she manages are running seamlessly and her clients are taken care of. Her experience in customer service is helpful in the day-to-day tenant relations she handles.

 Before starting this role, Sienna started her tenure with Greywolf Partners in administration, and being the first point of contact when customers arrived at the office. She quickly expanded her role and moved into an Assistant Property Manager position. In this role, she supported a handful of properties, including Honey Creek Corporate Center, by scheduling weekly events at the business park for tenants, as well as ensuring properties were visually appealing to both tenants and visitors. She coordinated and managed the updates to holiday décor and interior common area updates, as well as exterior landscaping updates. She has also become the main point of contact for Honey Creek Corporate Center, where she receives any questions or requests and ensures they are appropriately handled. In her current role of Property Manager, her role also includes more tenant relations, as well as financial management and reporting for her portfolio of properties. She also works with the brokerage team on the leasing and marketing of the properties she manages. 

 Prior to joining Greywolf, Sienna had an extensive background in customer service in the hospitality industry, fulfilling roles ranging from catering manager to training coordinator. The skills she developed in these roles, including the ability to multitask, are ones she utilizes every day in her current role as Property Manager. Sienna strives to continuously learn new skills that she can use in her daily responsibilities, as well as use in continued growth here at Greywolf Partners. 

 Outside of the office, Sienna enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
