NAI Greywolf Completes Assisted Living Sale

NAI Greywolf, an office of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently completed the sale of an assisted living facility in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Dawn Davis, an advisor with NAI Greywolf, represented the seller in the transaction.

The 15-bed community based residential facility (CBRF) is located in Cedarburg. The 5,836 square foot building sits on 0.791 acres. The property is comprised of nine private rooms and three semi-private rooms. The well-maintained property also has a fenced in courtyard, long-term house manager, as well as is a secured building withdoor alarms.
