NAI Greywolf Completes Three Sublease Transactions

David Hodge, an advisor with NAI Greywolf, an office of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently completed three sublease transactions in Milwaukee. In all three transactions Hodge represented the sublandlord in the deal.

The first transaction was located at 4065 N 35th Street in Milwaukee. In this transaction, the 9,600 square feet of space was leased for five years and 1 month.

The second sublease transaction was located at 3090 N 53rd Street in Milwaukee. The 12,500 square foot space was leased for a term of five years and three months.

In the third transaction, located at 6414 W Fond du Lac Avenue in Milwaukee, the 15,136 square feet of space was leased for a term of five years. All three of the subleases were leased to different childcare users.
