NAI Greywolf Completes Two Leases at Executive Center V
Matt Hock, a senior advisor with NAI Greywolf, an office of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, represented the landlord in the two office leases at Executive Center V in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
Located at 300 N. Executive Drive in Brookfield, the first lease was to Heuer Law Offices, S.C. The lease was for 3,074 square feet over a term of more than five years.
The second lease was to Common Ground, Inc. The company, which is a healthcare insurance solution for small businesses, nonprofits, individual and families, leased 19,675 square feet of space at the property. The combined leases total more than 22,500 square feet of space within the office building.
