NAI Greywolf Sells Milwaukee Retail Property
NAI Greywolf, an office of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently represented the seller in the sale of a turn-key bar in Milwaukee. Anthony Stevens and Blake Gaffney represented the seller in the transaction.
The 2,627 square foot building, located at 3872 S. 92nd Street, is a bar sold with all equipment included and a 1,300 square foot basement with a walk-in cooler. Additionally, the property sale included an apartment which is also located within the building.
The transaction was under contract just four days after being initially listed. It was also sold for $48,000 above the listing price.
