NAI Greywolf Completes Multiple Transactions

NAI Greywolf, an office of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently completed three transactions in the greater Milwaukee market.
The first transaction was a lease of 4,956 square feet of space at 6300-6350 West Donges Bay Road in Mequon. The five-year, three-month lease was for Martin Skills Academy, LLC, a sports training facility. David Hodge represented the landlord in the transaction. The second transaction was also a lease at the same building to Infinite Gymnastics, a gymnastics and tumbling center. The tenant leased 5,624 square feet of space for a five-year term. Hodge also represented the landlord in this transaction.
The third transaction completed by the NAI Greywolf team was an office lease at 8500 West North Avenue in Wauwatosa. The 563 square foot space was leased to Fish Out of Water Collective, an art gallery. Blake Gaffney represented the landlord in this transaction.
